Copping Joyce Chartered Surveyors LLP specialise in the provision of development appraisals, particularly within the residential and mixed use commercial / residential markets.

The firm has been particularly active in this field, coupling its specialist valuation knowledge with up to the minute comparable information provided, both by the commercial agency department of the LLP, coupled with the close links retained with Copping Joyce’s specialist New Homes Department.

Major appraisals have been provided for companies including Laing Homes, Ability Developments Limited, The Waltham Forest Friendly Society, UK Real Estate and for most of the major High Street banks, including Barclays Bank PLC, Lloyds TSB Bank PLC, Allied Irish Bank (GB), HSBC etc. In addition, we provide up to date development appraisals for a number of Housing Associations including The Peabody Trust, Metropolitan Home Ownership, Islington & Shoreditch Housing Association and New Islington Housing Association, amongst others.
