Building Surveying

Our Building Surveying division covers a series of disciplines including the following:

  • Building inspections
  • Project monitoring
  • Construction monitoring
  • Schedules of Dilapidations
  • Schedules of conditions
  • Expert witness abjudication
  • Party wall disputes


This division is headed by a senior surveyor with over 25 years experience in the field of building consultancy, who brings to the department a wealth of experience in the fields of general building surveying and a knowledge of the workings of quantity surveying.

Our inclusion on Barclays Bank PLC’s panel as a recommended project supervisor illustrates the division’s ability through effective management of projects whether large or small to ensure both quality of construction and that projects are kept to schedule.

Our building surveyors will work in tandem with our valuation surveyors and landlord and tenant experts to assist in both providing high quality property valuation reports and good quality advice in the provision of schedules of dilapidations and comments on the structural integrity of buildings.
