Copping Joyce has a very experienced team of commercial surveyors dealing in our core areas of the City fringe including the Selling and Letting of property in EC2, EC1, N1 & N5 and North London where we are recognised as one of the market leaders.

We are currently marketing over 270,000 sq ft of space including space within three of the largest office developments within the Islington area. These are Highbury Studios a major regeneration scheme comprising approximately 130,000 sq ft of studios, offices and retail uses, Tileyard studios, an office development of 97,000 sq ft and Canonbury studios: comprising 75,000 sq ft of B1 premises.

Lettings

We deal with property in all of the above sectors including large headquarters buildings to individual shop lettings. (Please see the search facility for our current availability and deals done).

Sales

We have successfully sold some of the largest buildings, estates and developments in Islington and surrounding areas.

We pride ourselves on our in-depth knowledge of values and trends. Working closely with our Development and Planning team, we are able to advise clients whether their building is best sold to an owner occupier or possibly for an alternative use, thereby maximising the potential value. Acquisitions

This is a growth area in our department, we assist major companies and individuals alike who are too busy to deal with the time consuming task of finding offices; or require our in-depth knowledge of our market to find them suitable premises. First we discuss requirements, find suitable premises and negotiate the terms. We also liaise with the solicitors to ensure the smooth running of the deal.
