Robert Smith - BSc (Hons) MRICS

Robert Smith BSc (Hons) MRICS has over 14 years Post Qualification experience, primarily in the South East. He was formerly employed with DTZ and subsequently Strutt & Parker, heading up the National Markets Professional Department.

Robert is highly experienced and is regularly instructed by our landlord and tenant clients to provide expert evidence for arbitration and independent expert proceedings in rent review disputes and for court proceedings in lease renewal disputes.

His interests include Rugby (playing for Old Grammarians RFC), Golf and Triathlons.
