In this regard Copping Joyce's Landlord and Tenant Department are able to provide the kind of quality advice needed to assist you in this goal.

Headed by David Burlinson BA (Hons) MRICS, an associate partner in the firm with over fifteen years of experience in this field, our Landlord and Tenant Team are able to provide advice to Landlords to establish the maximum level of rent achievable in the market, the type and quality of tenants and to provide additional advice as to the terms and conditions of leases, in order to maximise returns at both future rent reviews and lease renewals. Our experience has shown that the provision of high quality advice prior to the signing of a lease will pay dividends in the medium and long term. We cover all sections of commercial property.

Valuations

We have an experienced Valuation Department which is the fastest growing area in our company.

We are panel valuers for 17 of the major banks, and provide loan security or portfolio valuations (see valuation section for more information).

Agency

We are established as one of the market leaders in our core areas, and we can assist in portfolio advice to sell or let your properties.

Residential Leases / Enfranchisement

This is a specialist area and Copping Joyce Chartered Surveyors LLP are proud to have developed an in depth knowledge of this field over the last ten to fifteen years.

Governed by the Leasehold Reform and Urban Development Act 1993, leaseholders now have the right to purchase the freehold interest or extend their leases.

The provision of good quality advice at the earliest opportunity will ensure that you, as freeholder will received the maximum recompense allowed.
