This department is the fastest growing department within the firm headed by Richard G Alford BSc MRICS which includes five experience valuers and an assistant. The department also specialise in Development Appraisal for banks and clients alike, and carry out a wide range of valuations including investment, owner occupier purchase and specialisms such as housing association purchases.
