Copping Joyce Surveyors has won place on the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Framework for providing Estates Professional Services (EPS).After an extensive and competitive tendering process, we were successful in securing one of only four lot appointments for the region of East Anglia. Our regional appointment of East Anglia will include the counties of Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Suffolk and Norfolk.
This four-year Framework is open to the majority of UK public sector bodies who require real estate consultancy services. The appointment will provide us with an opportunity to expand on our already well-established track record of providing real estate services to the public sector.
David Foskett, Senior Director and Head of Development Consultancy said: ‘This is an excellent illustration of the Government’s commitment to include SMEs and specialist firms on major government professional service contracts.’
John Giblin, Head of Agency and Investment at Copping Joyce, commented: ‘We are delighted to have won such a prestigious appointment and are very much looking forward to delivering a comprehensive range of real estate services to our new clients.’
This Framework appointment may require us to draw upon all of our practice areas and specialisms. Core services we anticipate being called upon to provide include strategic estate advice, disposal and acquisition of land and buildings, leasing, lease consultancy, valuation, asset and estate management consultancy, building surveying and rating.
The CCS supports the public sector by providing a professional procurement service to deliver improved value for money for their commercial activities.
