LPA & Fixed Charge Receivership

We act as panel appointed LPA Receivers on behalf of most UK lenders, as well as providing services to insolvency practitioners, investment management firms and private clients.

As Fixed Charge recovery specialists our role includes stringent analysis of both investment and development potential to maximise value. During a number of LPA Receivership appointments, we have undertaken Building Project Management roles and acted as Disposal Agents.

We work regularly with the Business Support and Debt Recovery teams of leading banks offering services on a pre-appointment basis and also as monitors to exposed borrowers where a receivership process is financially complex. When a timely recovery becomes a necessity and an appointment is made, we will advise on the potential value and asset management options available prior to recovery.

Our expertise allows us to cover all property sectors throughout Greater London and the UK. We offer a professional service which consistently achieves results above clients’ and borrowers’ expectations.

The LPA team are Registered Property Receivers (RPRs), under the RICS Fixed Charge Receivership Scheme, and each individual Receiver is a Fellow of The Association of Property & Fixed Charge Receivers (
