Site sold to A2 Dominion on behalf of Rreef Industrial Fund for £25m. The site benefitted from planning permission for 70,000 sq ft of commercial accommodation and circa 350 residential units.

In 2006 we originally sold this 30,000 sq ft building on behalf of the Pears Group and Unistar Properties to Rock Group Plc. The property was again acquired from Lloyds TSB Bank Plc on behalf of a local consortium. The property has since been converted into a mixed use scheme.
